Piffords Inc. delivers to eligible addresses across northern Westchester County and the lower Hudson Valley, including Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, Buchanan, Verplanck, Croton-on-Hudson, Ossining, Briarcliff Manor, Yorktown Heights, Mohegan Lake, Jefferson Valley, Somers, Garrison, Cold Spring, Nelsonville, Mahopac, Carmel, Stony Point, Haverstraw, Beacon, and Fishkill. What are Piffords' cannabis delivery hours?
Delivery is available every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed near closing may be delivered the next day.
How fast is cannabis delivery?
Local delivery orders typically arrive within 1–3 hours during business hours. Orders placed close to 9:00 PM ET may be dispatched the following day. You will receive an estimated window at checkout and updates before the driver arrives.
Is there a delivery fee or minimum order?
Delivery minimums, fees, and any free-delivery thresholds are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. All fees are disclosed before you place the order — nothing is added at the door.
What ID do I need for delivery?
You must be 21 or older and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID to the driver — a driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, or U.S. military ID. Delivery cannot be completed without ID verification.
Can someone else accept a cannabis delivery for me?
No. New York State law requires the customer who placed the order to personally accept and sign for the delivery, present a matching ID, and be 21 or older. Deliveries cannot be left at the door.
How do I pay for a delivery order?
Delivery orders are paid on arrival. Cash is always accepted. Any additional payment options are shown at checkout. Drivers cannot make change beyond a reasonable amount, so please have close-to-exact payment ready.
Do you deliver to hotels, dorms, workplaces, or federal property?
We do not deliver to hotels, college or university dorms, K–12 schools, active workplaces without an authorized private area, or any federal property (including national parks, federal buildings, and post offices). Cannabis remains federally illegal, and NYS OCM rules prohibit these delivery locations.
What happens if no one is home?
The driver will attempt to contact you at the phone number on the order. If we cannot verify a 21+ recipient, the order returns to the store and a restocking fee may apply. Reschedule by calling us as soon as possible.
Can I tip my cannabis delivery driver?
Yes. Tips are appreciated and go directly to the driver. You can tip in cash on delivery or add a tip through the checkout, where available.
