2. Age and Identity Verification

You must be at least 21 years old to use this website, reserve products, or enter our physical retail location. We strictly verify age and identity.

3. In-Store Pickup Only Policy

Online Ordering

All orders placed through this website are reservations only. A reservation does not constitute a completed sale.

No Shipping or Delivery

Piffords Inc. does not ship cannabis products via mail, and we do not offer home delivery services.

Pickup Requirements

All orders must be picked up in person at our physical dispensary location by the individual who placed the order.

Identification

You must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) at the time of pickup proving you are 21 years of age or older. The name on the ID must exactly match the name on the online reservation.

Payment

Final payment is processed in person at the retail dispensary at the time of pickup. Piffords Inc. reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any reservation if proper ID is not provided.

4. New York State Regulatory Compliance

All products and reservations comply with the New York Cannabis Law and regulations set by the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). Products purchased from Piffords Inc. are intended solely for personal use within the State of New York. Resale, redistribution, or transport of cannabis products across state lines is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of state and federal law.

5. Federal Law Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that marijuana remains classified as a Schedule I controlled substance under United States federal law. The cultivation, distribution, possession, and use of marijuana remain illegal under federal law, which supersedes state policies.

Final Sale

All sales of cannabis products, including flowers, concentrates, edibles, topicals, and cartridges, are final once they leave our retail premises.

Defective Products

Piffords Inc. only accepts returns or exchanges on hardware products (such as vape batteries or defective cartridges) that experience a verifiable manufacturer defect within 14 days of purchase.

Return Requirements

To process a defective product return, you must return to the dispensary in person with the defective item, its original packaging showing the OCM-compliant batch labels, and your original sales receipt.

Discretionary Adjustments

Refunds or exchanges are issued at the sole discretion of Piffords Inc. management. No cash refunds will be given for opened or consumed cannabis goods unless deemed a systemic product recall by the OCM.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piffords Inc. and its owners, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website, your purchase of products, or any adverse health reactions resulting from product consumption. All products are sold "as is."

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchases shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be brought in the courts located within the State of New York.
